Better Homes appointed as the selling agent for Osus’ radical new kids’ project

Osus who are developing the radical new children’s theme project Stargate have appointed Better Homes, the region’s largest real estate agency, as the exclusive selling agent for the unique development. The DH 220 million ($60 million) project, which is being developed in conjunction with the Dubai Municipality, is located in Zabeel Park, central Dubai. Due to open in June 2007, the 41,000 sq ft development is set to be the one of the most popular attractions in Dubai. It will have 50 retail units in a first of its kind spaceship-themed family entertainment centre that will cater for children from 4-14 years old. The retail spaces available will include shops, kiosks, cafes and restaurants.

The project emphasises a healthy, educational, entertaining family environment and comprises of 5 different wings; transportation, telecommunication, information technology, health & nutrition and arts & music. Features include a 3D theatre, a snow dome, a rock-wall for climbing, a jogging track, a high-speed go-karting track, a family rollercoaster, high-tech mazes, and a multi-cuisine food court.
